Deferral and Check Deception
Qualified motorists who have received a traffic ticket may be eligible for a dismissal from the prosecutor. Restrictions apply.
Criminal Division
The Criminal Division is responsible for prosecuting crimes and infractions in Dearborn and Ohio counties. However, our office cannot start a case without the police first being notified that a crime has been committed.
Child Support
The Child Support Division of the Dearborn and Ohio County Prosecutor’s Office offers the following services: Locating Non-Custodial Parents, Establishing Paternity, Establishing and Enforcing Child Support Orders, Establishing and Enforcing Medical Support Orders, Collection of Current and Past Due Child Support Payments, and Modification of Current Child Support Orders.
